The house in which the apartment is located is a classic late-19th century porteño (Buenos Aires) building and was once the residence of Ángel della Valle (1855-1903), one of the great Argentine realist painters of that century.Entering from the street, visitors pass through a airy passageway to the apartment located at the back of the building. Visitors are then greeted by an verdant private patio onto which all rooms look.
The apartment itself is composed of:
